Here is your step by step guide on how to get the most out of Zing Wellbeing.
1) Step 1. Set up your account here. After you join you will be sent an account activation email - ensure you use the SAME email you joined with so the system recognises you. If you need to change the email on your account email us on info@zingwellbeing.com
2) Step 2. Download the App

3) Step 3. Join the members only support group here

Can I lose weight on the program?
100% yes! 1000's of women lose weight on our program - but the BEST thing about Zing Wellbeing is that we teach you to focus on your health as the NUMBER 1 focus rather than obsessing about the scales.
The weight will come off and will happen but more importantly you will be improving your gut health and overall health which leads to you being healthier and living a longer life.
What meal plan should I start with?
We have a HUGE amount of meal plans to choose from and all catering to different health needs.
If weight loss is your goal you may want to start using the weight loss meal plan or tummy fat meal plan or low carb meal plan or gut health meal plans which are great ones to start with.
But please browse all our meal plans as there are so many to choose from including menopause, high protein, cholesterol, PCOS, gluten free, diabetes, dairy free, vegan, anti inflammatory, liver cleanse, hormone balancing, low GI, pregnancy and breastfeeding and mediterranean.
Health Challenges
We run regular health challenges to help inspire and motivate members - you don't have to take part in these but they are a great way to stay on track and they run in our groups.
