The Guide to Getting The MOST Out of Zing Wellbeing!

Welcome! Thank you so much for being here.

We want you to be in your BEST health possible and we have lots of support to help you do that.

Here is your step by step guide on how to get the most out of Zing Wellbeing.

1) Step 1. Set up your account here. After you join you will be sent an account activation email -  ensure you use the SAME email you joined with so the system recognises you. If you need to change the email on your account email us on info@zingwellbeing.com

2) Step 2. Log into the members area here and save the members area to your mobile home screen for EASY access (scroll below to see how to do this)

3) Step 3. Join the members only support group here

Health Challenges

We run regular health challenges to help inspire and motivate members - you don't have to take part in these but they are a great way to stay on track and they run in our groups.

We will keep members updated about what challenges are in via the home page of the members area

Group coaching

We run the group coaching in the members only group and you can keep up to date with what's on via the members area home page

Adding to your mobile home page

Step 1

Go to the page you want instant access to - the members area home page is a GREAT one as it the hub of all the information you need.

Step 2

On an android - open the site in your Google browser, Select the 3 dots at the top right, which opens a menu, scroll about halfway down and you'll see "Add to Home Screen"

Step 2

On an iPhone - If you open the site in a browser on safari and click on the arrow at the bottom of your screen you will then find the option to add to your Home Screen.



Step 3 - press add to home screen!

This enables you to easily access the members area, recipes and meal plans on your phone.
