Please include as much detail about your health improvements and as many before and after photos as you can - we cannot choose you as a winner if you don't submit photos and your story

Your health changes could be mental or physical or both - it could be weight loss, tummy far loss, muscle growth, skin improvements, hair growth, menopause improvements, energy increases, happiness, stress reducing, sleeping better etc
