I have been on this so called weight loss journey for a very long time. I was always about what the scales said and was always disappointed when they never moved or went the wrong way. That was until I came across Zing Wellbeing, this is not a diet it is a life style I am not only learning how to file my body with nutritious meals but also feed my mind with so much information that will help me on this road of discovery.

Zing takes a holistic look at all aspects of your life and the support you get from other members is 100% positive which makes all the difference. Oh and I can’t forget the app I am so in love with that I can be in the supermarket and my shopping list is right there on my phone I never forget anything now, and I want to change something the recipe is so easy to navigate too.

I have been with Zing from the moment it Started and it is one of the best Programs you can get that focusing on your whole health not just losing weight . I have seen soo many results from improving my gut health to my mental health has not been better. I'm dealing with things soo much better in life and that due to the amazing coaches they have. The food is easy and delicious and the support group is the most safe and friendly place you can be. Rhian and her team are always there and always working soo hard in the background.

After a really hectic few years I really wasn't investing anything into myself bare minimum if nothing at all.

But since joining Zing I've made so many delicious meals and with my limited cooking ability they have so many simple options.

The support in the group and the additional motivation from the coaching sessions etc make it so good. It is uplifting and not negative.

Definitely recommend giving the program a shot.

i signed as a member when Zing first started but then i put it on the backburner as i had to sort a few things out in my head re HM. when i finally got all that clear i have gone in with eyes wide open. And I'm so glad I did. the ZING program and products are super suited to me and have already helped me make significant changes in my health and well being. the ease and simplicity of the app and navigating my way around the whole program has been a big attraction for me. The wellness smoothie tastes great on its own or with some fruit added I love starting my day with a wellness smoothie because I know I'm getting all the vitamins I need to give me a great start to my day and with 32 grams of protein in each serve I know it helps me hit my daily protein target i also love to add some cocoa and coffee with some almond milk and ice and start my day with a great tasting ice coffee yum

I highly reccomend they tasty creamy versatile with any smoothie recipe you create it assists my protein goals , my IBS symptoms improved , less hair loss in 3 weeks , I have more energy better skin i am in love with this product
