How to make Zing Wellbeing work for you
Firstly WELCOME! The Zing Wellbeing program is designed to be flexible, holistic and fully customisable to your needs.
We are NOT super strict and our approach is a long term view on health.
We focus on education and helping you and equipping yourself with the tools and knowledge to be in your best health.
Below is lots step by step of detail (if you need it on intricate details of using different parts of the app) but before we get into here's some quick FAQ's to help
Q. Do I have to follow the set challenges or can I pick and choose?
A. You can follow the set challenges or you can choose any of the meal plans and programs.
Q. Can I customise the meal plans or do I have to follow the set meal plans?
A. You can customise any meal plan. We have over 35 meal plans and you can do the set challenge meal plans or use the meal plan filter to choose specific ones for your health needs - such as menopause, gut health, osteopenia, vegan, high protein, low carb etc
Q. Can I have coffees and teas on the plan
Yes, 100%
Q. Does the app regularly get updated?
A. Yes - we are constantly working on updates and improvements on the app as well as creating new programs, coaching videos and recipes. And if you want something in the app that isn't there - please email info@zingwellbeing.com so we can add your request into our work plan for you.
Here is your step by step guide on how to get the most out of Zing Wellbeing.
1) Step 1. Set up your account here. After you join you will be sent an account activation email - ensure you use the SAME email you joined with so the system recognises you.
If you need to change the email on your account email us on info@zingwellbeing.com
2) Step 2. Download the App

Can I lose weight on the program?
100% yes! 1000's of women lose weight on our program - but the BEST thing about Zing Wellbeing is that we teach you to focus on your health as the NUMBER 1 focus rather than obsessing about the scales and as well as losing the weight - you will healthier and stronger and be losing fat rather than losing muscle - which is what offer happens when we follow a very low diet focused on calories not nutrition.
The weight will come off and will happen but more importantly you will be improving your gut health and overall health which leads to you being healthier and living a longer life.

You don't have to join in all the challenges. Pick ONE are of focus and then make small changes slowly, one at a time, so they become habit and you don't even have to think about it.
Whether that is fitness, eating healthier, drinking more water, gut health, sleep or stress.

Fitness
You can find various workouts and exercises on the app under "Fitness" ranging from yoga, pilates, full body workouts, HIIT, Stretching exercises, Core workouts, and more! We have new workouts added regularly.

Recipes
Find hundreds of healthy recipes under the "Recipes" menu on the app.
You can also search for any recipe you fancy or use the filter option on the top right of the screen to help narrow down the search to what you are looking for.
What meal plan should I start with?
We have a HUGE amount of meal plans to choose from and all catering to different health needs.
If weight loss is your goal you may want to start using the weight loss meal plan or tummy fat meal plan or low carb meal plan or gut health meal plans which are great ones to start with.
But please browse all our meal plans as there are so many to choose from including menopause, high protein, cholesterol, PCOS, gluten free, diabetes, dairy free, vegan, anti inflammatory, liver cleanse, hormone balancing, low GI, pregnancy and breastfeeding and mediterranean.

Health Challenges
We run regular health challenges to help inspire and motivate members - you don't have to take part in these but they are a great way to stay on track and they run in our groups.

Group coaching
We run the group coaching in the members only Facebook group and you can keep up to date with what's on via this private group as well. We share regular posts and updates to keep you in the loop.
You can also find ALL the group coaching sessions on the App under the "Wellbeing" menu and then select "coaching" (top right of screen).
You will also find meditation, tapping and breathwork sessions under the coaching and then select the wellness menu.

How to use the App
Some of the amazing App features include:
- Week to a view meal plan
- Follow a meal plan
- Swap multiple meals
- "Up Next" quick view at a glance
- My meal plans - easily access all your customised plans
Week to a view
You can easily swipe across to see your FULL week to a view of any meal plan.

How to follow a meal plan
To follow a meal plan choose your meal plan from the "Zing meal plans" list
Hit the "customise plan" button (make any changes if you prefer and then SAVE!)
Once your plan is saved, you will see an option to "follow" the meal plan.
Select that option, and your meal plan will be the FIRST one featured and easy to access via "my meal plans" and also on the main screen of the App and meal planner.
Once you are following a meal plan it will show as your featured plan and also "Up Next" recipe from your daily meal plan.
How to multi swap meals on your plan

Once you have selected to customise your meal plan and saved it you will then see the option to "select multiple" which will then allow you to swap more than one meal on your plan at a time.
Select multiple, then hit the circle on the top left of any meals you wish to swap and hit "change meals" which will show all the filters and recipe options to select from.
Select from any of the dietary or meal filters and make your changes as preferred.
Once you hit "change meals" again the App will autosave your meal plan for you and make any changes you have selected.
You can then also choose to download your meal plan and shopping list.
