I love the Zing Wellbeing smoothie and the protein powder because they make it so easy to give my body what it needs when I am time poor.  I make them look super indulgent by pouring them in a wine glass.

I am slowly working on the menus and have a goal to adapt more over time so that I can provide healthy nutritious food to my family.

Chia puddings and yoghurt mixed with protein powder and berries are my favourites because they are so delicious and filling but also so simple and time saving.

I absolutely love the kefir chai pudding as it really promotes good gut health and makes me feel less bloated.

Since I commenced Zing Wellbeing I have lost over 10kg just by keeping things simple and working on my mind and body together!

The current GRIT challenge in the group helped me become a bit more focused in the lead up to Xmas and I have lost 3kg in 3 weeks!

I am loving my new found confidence, I am glowing 😍
