Reshmi Alvares has noticed a HUGE difference to her PCOS bloating 

At the time of finding Zing Wellbeing, I was doing a lot of research into PCOS. By this time, I had already lost 9kg on my weight loss journey, but I was having issues with bloating, hair breakage, and weight plateau.

After researching intensively, I found that the issues I was having were due to PCOS. I realised I had to incorporate myo-inositol to help balance my hormones, which adversely helps with hair breakage and bloating. Bloating and gut issues were the main problems due to PCOS, and to focus on gut health to help with bloating or known as PCOS 'BELLY'.

At this stage, I found Zing Wellbeing and loved the approach to inner health and using food to help with different health problems. I signed up and loved the Gut Week challenge, especially the Zingy Smoothie. It regulated my digestion and helped with my bloating massively. I am patiently awaiting for the PCOS meal plan to be released to learn more about what foods can help with my PCOS symptoms.

I am incorporating weight training as this is beneficial for PCOS as well as insulin resistance. I also love the high protein meal plans to help with my protein intake, which again is beneficial for my symptoms.

The images are unbelievable of how much impact, by simply adding the Zingy Smoothie shot on a daily basis.

I've lost approximately 3.2 kg since August and about 3cm off my waist.

I would definitely recommend Zing Wellbeing to others. It has helped so much with my current fitness and weight loss goals. The in depth knowledge of food is amazing.

Tamara Randall has a much happier gut

Jenna Schipper has found the Zen for life again

Jac Burnes has changed her mental health and is feeling stronger

Jac says, "Since joining Zing Wellbeing I am happier, stronger mentally and physically and able to move my body more. I've started realising my self worth and putting myself first.

So I’m guessing it’s a combination of my anxiety getting a lot better, my body being able to move much more freely, and my weight loss, but I’m really discovering joy in the world again.

I was stuck between feeling numb, anxious and sad and now I'm finding my love for nature and scenery and the outside world again.

My daughter made a comment tonight that struck a cord with me, she said “mum I haven’t seen you laugh so much and be this light and fluffy to be around in over a year” and it was the best compliment I’ve received in a long time."


Susan Coulthard has reduced her arthritis pain


"Since starting Zing Wellbeing I’m starting to be more aware of what my body is telling me and knowing when I’m satisfied and had enough food. I’m an arthritis sufferer and noticing I’m not getting much pain these days due to the eating a more balanced and healthy diet and have incorporated more exercise as well which is a big improvement. I’ve also noticing my skin is getting more clearer and been told I’m looking slimmer."


Tanya Sirgunas found a love for food again

Sheri Petty has a much happier gut

Protein powder is a WIN! "I can you I just used my shaker to mix this and it’s not grainy at all but smooth creamy and delicious. Yep it’s totally a winner 🏆"

Sheri says, "Over the last 3 months on Zing Wellbeing I have changed some of my food habits (I mostly eat well anyway). But I have been eating a variety of new food including seeds and fermented foods. Whilst I am trying to eat 40 different fruits and veggies per week. My bowel movements have improved too. I'm learning to put myself first, but that's a work in progress as is exercise. I average 13,000 steps a day and drinks a minimum of 2 litres of water daily.

Summer Bostock is feeling much lesss bloated

Summer shares, "Last night I went to see Wicked… it was amazing! Last year I went to QPAC to see another show and felt so awful in what I was wearing.

Last night I felt good and was complimented a few times!!! Almost at the 10kg weight loss mark after starting Zing Wellbeing… I feel so much better. I walked with confidence and that is saying a lot.

I hate feeling bloated and feeling like I’m pregnant (yes I’ve been asked that many times last year), but with zing helping me out I’m no longer feeling like I have to try and hide under my clothes.

This week we start the anti bloat challenge and gosh I am looking forward to it! I still have my days where I feel bloated so learning more to help me out will be amazing!"

Helen Downes healed her gut in just ONE week! 

I recently joined Zing Wellbeing, and started the 28 Day Gut Health challenge.

 
To my amazement I could see/feel a difference within a week.

No diarrhea, I thought to myself that any day now, it would raise its ugly head again, but no, a month later and still no symptoms. I was absolutely thrilled!

I believe it’s all the extra fibre I’m eating. The chia seeds that I’ve never eaten before, and are now in my daily diet. Plus all the extra vegetables and leafy greens. I’m feeling so much better, and definitely have more energy. 

Sarah Jane Deschamp has lost 15kgs

Sarah says, "I know that being here isn't about numbers or the scale.
It's an amazing community and I've learnt so much being here for approx 10 weeks.
My mental health has improved.
My sleep has improved. But could always be better, right.
I'm enjoying this week with Rae and the sleep challenge.
My favourite weeks have been with Beck. I've taken so much and grown from those challenges.
I've learnt so much about nutrition, hormones, self care.
I'm starting to like myself.
I still have obstacles, but I'm trying my absolute best to get around them.
My mindset has changed.
My gut health has changed.
I'm calmer.
I'm mindful of what goes in my shopping trolley. Click and collect has been an absolute godsend to me. It allows me to budget and make good choices.
I'm also 15.5kgs (34lbs) down. The lowest I've been on the scale this year. I'm not where I want to be. But I'm doing it.

Renae Nicolson improved her sleep in just 7 days

My history with sleep health has not been good…

A few months ago I suffered a stroke, and as a result I have been prioritising my sleep to assist with brain recovery as my sleep declined further.
I'd made some improvements introducing meditation, reduced screen time and positive self talk, but was shocked at how much better my sleep has been in the past week by introducing some new techniques and practices from the challenge!!
