WOW what a week of LIVE GROUP COACHING we have coming up on the 14 Day Health Challenge for all Zing Wellbeing members

๐Ÿ‘‰Wednesday 7.00PM - we have a LIVE makeup masterclass and tutorial with one of the best make up artists in Australia, Nicola Johnson

Thursday 22ndย Augustย 

๐Ÿ‘‰Thursday 7.30PM - we have a LIVE Talk and Q&A on behavioural change with Behaviour Change Coach, Rae

Friday 23rd Augustย 

๐Ÿ‘‰Friday 10.30AM - we have a LIVE Talk and Q&A on with Psychotherapist Shara

The weekend

๐Ÿ‘‰Saturday 9.00AM - we have a yoga workout with yoga instructor, Katie

๐Ÿ‘‰Sunday 7.30PM - we have neuro linguistic programming with Life Coach, Beck

Plus additionally to this we have lots of LIVE cooking demonstrations with Mel and Peta as well as LOTS of support from our AMAZING Zing Wellbeing Support Squad!!
