😴September 30th - 7 Day Better Sleep Challenge

🤰October 7th - 4 Week Anti Bloat Health Challenge

🧘November 4th - 7 Day Mindset Challenge

💪November 11th - 4 Week Health Challenge - (1 week will be hormone balancing meal plan, 1 will be anti inflammatory meal plan, 1 will be high protein meal plan and 1 will be mental wellbeing meal plan)

😎December 9th - 7 Day Stress Reduction Challenge

🥗December 16th - 7 Day Summer Foods & Salad Challenge

🎄December 23rd - Christmas recipes

Additional meal plans over this time

  • PCOS meal plan

  • New menopause meal plan

  • 800-1000 calorie meal plan for those who cannot eat more than this

Extra EXCITING and BIG things

  • Our meal plan customiser (that has been 3 months in the making) will be launching in mid October (if testing goes all well). We go into testing for it at the end of next week and I am hoping this is going to be GAME CHANGING!!

  • We also have a BIG new product launch coming - watch this space for that one :)

  • We will also have a fitness challenge happening too - just got to workout when we do this!

  • And the 2025 diaries are due to come into stock in mid Oct too

And can I just also say 2025 WATCH OUT - we are all SUPER busy on 2025 plans and we want to KNOCK IT OUT OF THE PARK for you.

Absolutely love the program I have chosen a variety from the standard program, menopause program and the vegetarian program. For the first time in nearly a year I am eating breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as 2 snacks and feeling so much better for it. I love that Rhian and her team are looking after people's wellbeing not just their food. I love all the various wellbeing coaches that give us some advice.
