How does the 14 Day Health Challenge work
Welcome to the 14 Day Health Challenge!
We start the 14 day health challenge at Zing Wellbeing on Monday and we are PUMPED!
So how does the 14 Day Health Challenge work?
The 14 Day Health Challenge is a HEALTH (not weight loss) challenge where we start together and finish together. If you haven't yet joined - join here.
The 14 Day Health Challenge is a COMMITMENT that you make between you, Zing Wellbeing and all the other members on the journey with you to be as healthy as you can over 14 days and challenge yourself to feel in your best health possible.
The goal is that at the end of the 14 days you FEEL amazing.

You will also see in your members area information to download on hormones, gut health, burnout and mental wellbeing.
What support will be in the community?

We are going to be doing LOTS in the community to support you over the 14 days - it is going to be AMAZING
And MAKE SURE that you are in the MEMBERS only group for all the LIVE video support
And we are going to have GREAT affirmations to help you over the 14 days.
And also make sure you are in our FREE members group too as there be lots of motivation in there with other 10,000 other women
