Susan Coulthard has reduced her rheumatoid arthritis symptoms thanks to the Zing Wellbeing gut health challenge

Susan's story

Susan is a 43 year old single mum of one energetic, sports mad, 11 yr old son, that keeps her going. They live in a small country town in Victoria (Traralgon).

Susan was excited to join Zing Wellbeing when it first launched and hasn’t looked back since.

"I’m still also a Healthy Mummy but went with Zing Wellbeing as it takes an holistic approach to women's health and whole body healing not just targeted area.

Prior to joining Zing Wellbeing I’d lost 15kgs on my own but still have many more to go, which is why I chose Zing Wellbeing.

"I’m an arthritis sufferer and noticing I’m not getting much pain these days due to the eating a more balanced and healthy diet and I have also incorporated more exercise as well which is a big improvement."

Susan's favourite recipes

I’m doing a bit of each meal plan but the gut health plan and dairy free plan are my favourite main ones, both of them are so good.

This program has helped with my rheumatoid arthritis due to the cleaner eating and less unprocessed foods going into my body making me less inflamed which helps with my symptoms.

I’m looking forward to the anti-inflammatory meal plan challenge week, also helping with my skin too as I am a rosacea sufferer.

I would most definitely recommend this program to anyone, Rhian has outdone herself and should be very proud of what she has created, a community of great women who are all kind and supportive of each other that’s why I think it has stuck with me.

The amount of value you get for your money is amazing and everyone of these ladies are kind and welcoming.

I’m in the pause button with weight-loss but it hasn’t made me give up, still very much giving it my all and pushing through and trying foods I’ve never tried before so thank you Rhian for getting me back into the kitchen.
