And today we are sharing Sarah's incredible health transformation and although Sarah has lost 20kg of weight on the Zing Wellbeing Program her health story is much much more that a weight loss story - it is a health transformation story!
Sarah's 20kg Weight Loss & Health Transformation
"For those that don't know me,
My name is Sarah, I'm 49, mum of 4 adult sons and 2 grandchildren
After 20 yrs of health problems I had to have 3 surgeries this year. I had nurses at my home everyday for almost 4 months, when I wasn't in the hospital. I couldn't stand or even put on my own undies.
My mum suffered a heart attach and my beautiful Poppy had to be put to sleep, very suddenly.
This all happened 4 days after my 3rd surgery. I received medical help from my doctor and was on the verge of admitting myself into a mental health facility. I get emotional even thinking about how low I was.
I was BROKEN. The lowest and saddest I've ever been in my whole life. I couldn't think because I had so much brain fog. Anxiety is something I've suffered while for a looking time. Yo-yo dieting is something I've done since a I had hysterectomy in 2008.
After my 3rd surgery. I weighed the most I've ever weighed in my whole life.

I came across a video clip of Rhian promoting the Zing Community. Well I haven't looked back since day 1 after joining the program.
As of today I've lost 20kgs! I haven't been consistent with exercise as I'm still suffering with a few medical conditions. But I'm doing the best I can with what I have.
I've just cleaned out my undies drawer and replaced with 2 sizes smaller and they are still a tad big!!
This isn't even the best part of my journey!!
I no longer have brain fog! I am calmer, happier, motivated.
I sleep 7 to 8 hrs. Every night!
I practice gratitude and self affirmations. Daily.
This community is the best group of ladies. Positively supporting each other, everyday
My skin is clearer. We eat like kings, clean, healthy, nourishing food.
I actually spend LESS a week on groceries.
My whole relationship with food has changed, my relationship with my husband and kids have changed. I've changed.
Through this group and program, with the amazing coaches and their knowledge, I now know why I eat what I eat. FOOD IS MEDICINE!!
I've heard this a million times before, but it didn't mean anything to me.
If your sitting on the fence, have self doubt, are stuck in a rut, as we all get sometimes.
Take the leap. Change one thing. Try it as an experiment, for 1 week. That's all I did. 2024 has been the worse year of my life, while being the best year of my life. I can't wait for 2025.
