Mel shares "Even my brain fog is easing!"

Mel shares one weird thing she has noticed since joining Zing Wellbeing is that she is bruising less!

Physically, I am bruising a lot less. I am such a klutz, it's part of my neurodivergence, and I am usually covered in bruises.

Since eating mindfully again, it seems that I am seeing less and less multi-coloured marks on my body.

Mentally, is my current biggest win. Even my brain fog is easing.

I am spending less time online, and taking breath work very seriously.

My conscious behaviours have improved significantly recently, particularly with my outlook regarding myself and my reactivity.

I am still working on my negative reactions, but I am a lot better than I was a month ago, and for that I am infinitely proud. 

To be focused on the emotional path as well as the physical health has been a welcomed change.

Favourite meal plan

I'm currently mixing it up between most of the meal plans. Unfortunately, I gain weight ridiculously when I eat too much protein as it seems I cannot digest properly. I'm loving that I have access to all of the recipes and can pick and choose and make it work for me! 

Favourite recipes

I'm a self-confessed snacker! The apple and almond butter is a tried and tested favourite. I'm also embracing trying new things.
The honey garlic chicken is delicious, and my current obsession is the black bean and corn salad with some seaweed crackers - YUM! 

Favourite coaching sessions

Nutritionist Mel and Counsellor Shara's videos are phenomenal.

Of course, Behaviour change coach, Rae is a powerhouse of energy and I think everyone is able to connect in so many ways.
