- Choose Your Meal Plan Type & Create Custom Plan:Select from options like High Protein, Family Friendly, Vegetarian, Budget, Brain Health, Weight Loss and MORE.There really is something for everyone & your preferences help tailor the recipes and suggestions to your needs.
Step 3: Browsing Recipes & Making Substitutions
- Use the Search Function: Type in keywords (e.g., “chicken” or “low carb”) to find recipes that match your needs.
- Filter Options: Narrow your search by meal type (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner), dietary restrictions (dairy free)
Step 4: Adding Favorites
- Mark Recipes You Love: Click the heart icon on recipes you’ve tried and enjoyed. These will be saved to your Favorites section for quick access.

- Once your meal plan is created, in the Meal Plan section you will find 'My Custom Meal Plans'. Click on the plan you're wanting to follow, click “Generate Shopping List.” The planner will compile all the ingredients you need.
