Leah is feeling less bloated and sleeps so much better

Leah is a busy mum of 2, her daughter is 18 and her son is nearly 15.

Following the Zing Wellbeing meal plans I was surprised that I had lost 1kg in 4 weeks and a couple cms of rest of my body.

I've noticed by eating healthy adding more vegies and fruits whole foods to my diet has helped my digestion a lot and I'm a lot less bloated along with having my daily Zing wellbeing Smoothies has helped with that too.

The recipes are great easy to follow I loved listening to my Zing wellbeing podcast at the gym too.

My skin is better as well, all this has helped me look and feel better inside and out

Leah's typical Day on a plate

  • Breakfast is usually a Zing Wellbeing Wellness Smoothie with Blueberry and Banana
  • Lunch is either a Zing Wellbeing Wellness Smoothie or a healthy salad
  • Dinner is usually a protein like Salmon or steak with corn and veggies.
