I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of thousands of women on their health and wellness journeys and I cannot explain how grateful I am to be here and to have had so much support for so long.
Many of you have been with me from the very beginning when I launched The Healthy Mummy and are still with me today with my new women's health program Zing Wellbeing - and I am so grateful for all of the support and the amazing community we have.
I have learnt first hand how important a holistic approach to women's health is.
😖The experience I went through with severe stress at The Healthy Mummy, under the new ownership, was just the beginning of my journey of health discovery.
The stress and anxiety took a huge toll on my mental and physical health. I wasn't sleeping. I gained weight. I was depressed. Then throw in early menopause too and I soon had a new perspective on women's health.
It was so detrimental that I had to walk away for the sake of my health - which I did in 2022
And over the next couple of years the number ONE thing I learnt was that if you want long term and sustainable heath results then it is much much more than just calories in and calories out.

It is about having lean muscle mass. It is about being happy. It is about being a healthy weight for your body. It is about longevity.
And all of that doesn't just come from a calories in and calories out approach.
