Meet Eirini
Hi everyone! My name is Eirini and I'm a 37 year old mum of 3 from Melbourne. I am currently studying at Uni and work as an integration aide. I have learnt over the years that looking after my physical and mental wellbeing is crucial for staying on top of all the things in life and am so pleased to be a part of Zing Wellbeing.
Since joining Zing Wellbeing, I have found that the food I am eating has kept my mind feeling sharp for those long study sessions, I have more energy for the kids and for the gym and I am approaching my diet and lifestyle in a more holistic way.
Meet Kaia
My name is Kaia and I am 33 years old. I live on the NW coast of Tasmania and have 3 daughters (12,10 and 4). I am a nurse who works 4 days a week in the community aged care sector.
I have been hit mental health issues in the past couple years, which affected me in all areas of my life. I am so glad that I was able to come out the other side and am a huge supporter of women speaking up about their mental wellbeing.
The amazing things I have experienced since joining Zing Wellbeing is improvement to my mental wellbeing, I am joining into conversation and activities that once would make me so anxious. My gut heath has improved, which has benefited my skin condition and I love that there are coaches in so many areas of wellness in this space to provide their experience and guidance.
Meet Summer Bostock
Hi Ladies, My name is Summer, I am 36 years old and I’m a Learning support Teacher Aide from Logan QLD.
I have an amazing hubby and 3 beautiful boys who all keep me very busy!
Zing Wellbeing has been exactly what I needed! I have learnt so much in such a small time frame. My food is now on point everyday and I’m feeling so much more alive for it! Be gone tiredness!!!
My gut health has improved and my skin is so much better. Food really is the best medicine. I’m super excited to be on this journey with you all.
Meet Jacqui Ayers
Hi, my name is Jacqui and I'm 51. I live at the top of the South Island in New Zealand. I'm a teacher, mum of 3 gorgeous children and lover of learning new things and motivating others to succeed. My lifetime journey of self improvement has lead me to try many new things so I bring my lived experience of all my successes and failures (or new learning) to the group.
I have been a member of Zing Wellbeing for a short time but already feel that I have learnt so much about nutrition, mental health and exercise and am looking forward to continuing on this exciting journey. I feel excited of our future growing community and shared wealth of knowledge.
Meet Liz Swan
I'm Liz Swan, I'm 45 years old and live in Sunbury Victoria. I'm a full time financial crime manager at a super fund, mum to my 9 year old son and currently studying graduate certificate in anti-money laundering.
I am really interested in the psychology of Wellness and I value thriving not just surviving in life and Zing Wellbeing has a holistic balanced approach to health and Wellness that I love!
Although I was already eating healthily and exercising regularly, I've recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure (genetic predisposition), and have ongoing issues with unexplained iron deficiencies, so I need to ensure I keep a healthy lifestyle and I want to be a great role model for my son, while still having fun of course!
From Zing Wellbeing I'm already learning so much from the coaches, I'm loving the variety of recipes that are yummy and nutritious, and I just love the supportive vibe of this community!
Meet Melanie Arnold-Stemm
Oh heyyy!! I'm Mel from the Northern GC. I'm 33, mum to one, and I am a self-confessed snacker.
I've been battling myself for a very long time, particularly over the last four years. A couple of months ago I made the realisation that all of my quirks, traits, and intricacies that I have been made to push inside or feel bad about may actually indicate something different. This led to a referral which has led to the process of a neurodivergent diagnosis (different to one I've previously been diagnosed with).
For the first time in my life I feel like I have answers and can actually celebrate and understand why I am who I am, and the fact that Zing Wellbeing has teamed up with a FANTASTIC line up of professionals who are leading the way for progression over oppression is one of the main reasons why I am here.
I am a total foodie at heart. I love eating wholesome, colourful foods (most days), and other days I will eat a billion pistachios and call it a win. Those are the days that I have completely forgotten to eat, or I just couldn't be bothered (previously, I would just not eat and drink 6L+ water instead).
I love being outdoors and as a studying geologist you'll usually find me somewhere admiring landscapes of all sorts, fishing, boating, camping, or collecting rocks...The one thing you won't find me doing lately is exercising - but that's my number one mindset goal this month. I want to find my way back to exercising in a way that is not a chore, but by doing something I enjoy.
Meet Tanya Sirgunas
Hi ladies my name is Tanya and I am 50 years old. I am married and have 4 beautiful children. I live in Hobart and I work for a building company as a Project Coordinator.
I have been following Rhian since 2016, so when I started Zing Wellbeing I was super excited, because I needed a health program and not weightloss program.
I absolutely love since joining Zing Wellbeing and how my mental health has improved and how happier I feel. The support in the group is amazing. I will be a member for life. I am loving the person I am since joining Zing Wellbeing.
