We have just completed the 6 Week Health Challenge here at Zing Wellbeing and our members had some amazing results. Not just weight loss but also a better understanding of what food is best for their body and a positive mindset.

No before and after photos for me - my goals were based on healing the inside and setting habits 💕
Increasing to my full work hours post stroke put a little spanner in the works with fatigue, but I'm super proud of how I've gone and my mindset and healthy habits have improved.
My pledge was 'to be consistent with food and exercise and prioritise my wellbeing to reduce stress'.
Here is my 6 week update:
👊 increased consistency with food and exercise. Back to the gym too!!
👊 increased daily water intake
👊 introduced regular nature walks, reading and journalling for stress management
👊 positive self talk and daily gratitude
👊 prioritised better sleep routines
While I wasn't quite 100%, every improvement is a win in my books!!
Looking forward to the next 6 weeks!!

6 Week Challenge Results
These pics are 6 weeks apart & these are the changes I made....
I weigh the same, my clothes fit the same, the biggest difference for me is I can now say I've spent the last 6 weeks working on
👟 Continuing my steps daily ✔️
🏃♀️ I can now run a comfortable 5km again ✔️
🍔 I'm loving the food from the app & hitting my protein goals of 155g most days ✔️
💪 I'm getting stronger & absolutely loving it ✔️
🔥 Recovery is priority ✔️
What will the next 6 weeks bring for me... Need to set myself some small goals....

6 week Health Transformation Challenge...I'm feeling great and feeling proud with what I have achieved this last 6 weeks. It has been a bit up and down with personal issues in this 6 weeks but I have come out of it with results I am happy with..
I have kept up the walking which has really been there for my Mental Health and with School holidays has been great to spent some outside time with my kids. Eating healthy has been pretty good and with these two things combined I have lost cms again.
I'm So proud to be part of the Zing Wellbeing Program and again I can't thank Rhian and her team enough for everything they do and the wonderful community of Ladies that Motivate me to be the best I can be, each and everyday 🥰

I’m feeling AMAZING 🤩 all over, every day and feeling better and better, I’ve actually maintained my weight actually it’s slowly going down, it hasn’t fluctuated like I thought it would. I didn’t get the inflammation or bloat like I normally would and I kept waiting for it to happen. I cant thank you enough Rhian Allen for this platform.
6 week health transformation, my results are in for my body scan.
Firstly I started a fitness challenge that went for 4 weeks right in the middle of the Zing 6 week challenge so both have work fantastic for me, I have a different way of thinking about food and how I’m eating and I have upped my fitness program.
So small changes but going on the direction I was hoping. Was a tad excited when I looked at the difference, look I ate a bit more on Thurs and felt a bit heavy yesterday.
1st scan on 10/1 my bio wellness index was 7.8 at and average and today I’m at 8.8 in the optimum range - once it goes over 9-10 I will be at excellent wellness rating.
Bio age I was 43 and now at 41 (I’m 47yrs old)
I have lost .3kg ( during the 6 weeks I put on between 700-800g around that time of the month)
- My lean body Mass from 49.6 up to 51.4
Total fat mass from 15.9 down to 12.8
Total fat % 23.1 down to 19.9
My lean muscle mass has increased all over.
I was not seeing any changes before Zing Wellbeing and yes I hadn’t done a scan before but I was always fluctuating and never really seeing any real change.
I am so stoked I made the change and joined Zing Wellbeing thank you Rhian Allen for making such an amazing platform I am so so greatful to be a part of this xx

6 Week Health Transformation
It's hard to believe it's been 6 weeks already. For me, the biggest changes have not been weight loss (I'm learning to maintain) but it's been about my growth and stepping out of my comfort zone and doing things that I've always been afraid to do.
I've really enjoyed the challenges, I've learnt more about myself and what I'm capable of if I try.
I've learnt valuable strategies on how to overcome negative self talk and what I want and how to get it. My whole Zing Wellbeing journey has been baby steps and I know doing it this way will stick long term for the rest of my life.
