Wow what an adventure

This is my first ZING challenge and I decided I was going to do it the way I could sustain the zing wellbeing way of life.

As a newbie I wanted to use this challenge to learn about the meals, the app, the exercises and everything else.

I haven’t committed 100 percent as day to day things have popped up and sickness has happened this last week.

The changes are beyond visible.
  • I’ve lost over 55 cms off my body.
  • I’ve lost a few kilos.
  • But I have gained so much in all aspects of my health.
  • I concentrate on eating, avoiding meal skipping.
  • I have increased my water intake.
  • I enjoy the routine of the smoothies and the zingy shot.
  • I’m pleased to say I try new things… side note cottage cheese is now a staple in my diet, 53 yrs and I never had it but Omgosh now I’m obsessed with it hehe 
  • I am starting to crave physical exercise not just incidental.
  • I have reflection time daily.
  • I listen to podcasts now.
  • I am mentally healthy, strong and positive.
  • I understand and appreciate the benefits of a holistic lifestyle.
  • My confidence has come back.

Here is my end of my 6 week challenge results:

I have lost 4.1kg, gained a lot of strength and a lot of fitness improvement and finished much more mentally and physically strong.

I stepped out of my comfort zone, & I used weights at the gym and followed all the challenges and I even succeeded in my pledge.

Here are all my mini goals I achieved
➡️drinking 2 L of water per day
➡️to jog 1km under 10min
➡️lift more in my weights and got stronger
➡️lose 2 to 4kg, and I lost 4.1kg
➡️Focus on my eating & following challenges
➡️more social network connections with friends
➡️More self-care days & time to rest
➡️showing up for myself in any little way I can every day
➡️Better stress management
➡️Better goal setting and journaling more

6 WEEK CHALLENGE RESULTS..
To say this 6 week Challenge was full of Emotions Is an Understatement and it still is..

But I have had Zing Wellbeing to hold me up, and I must say that I have still seen some Amazing Results.

Not until I took pictures this morning have I realised I have still been losing CMS.

I have had a lot to deal with, but have seen how much Mentally Stronger I am.

The old me would have fallen off the Healthy track but not the New Me.

I have noticed how more determined I am to become Healthier so I feel better in myself and be around to see my boys grow up.

I have also, Over the last week or so, loved cooking more Zing Wellbeing Recipes and how Delicious they are.

Overall the 6 week Challenge has been a success and Can't wait for what the next 6 week Challenge brings.
