Katie shares, “This is why the scales SHOULD not be your main focus, they are not the be-all and end-all!

When I saw this dress online last year, I fell in love with it, but the only size available was a 10! I knew full well that wouldn't fit me, but I thought why not buy it and have something to work towards.

The photo on the left was December last year, there wasn't a chance in the world that was getting anywhere near zipping up, I couldn't even get the eyelet at the top to loop over to do up, that was it as far as it was going.

Fast forward to today, and she's up, I still have a little ways to go until it's considered 'comfortable' but this is a huge non-scale victory!

It has taken 8 months, but it happened 🙌
