They are all such super inspirational women who set out to focus on their health and
wellbeing to make their life better and vow to never look back.
Bernie shares,
2019 verse 2025
In July 2019 my mental health and physical health was extremely low, I had minimal energy, severe anxiety and depression. I only left the house if I had to such as going to work or a quick stop to the shops.
I have always tried super hard to be the best mum I can be and break the cycle whilst living with a mental illness.
I gave my daughter life but she is the reason I started to live mine. By living I don’t mean surviving I mean actually living and thriving physically and mentally.
There is no shame in mental illness or speaking about it, recovery is possible but it is also nonlinear.

So my flashback is a little different...
This is my 2nd Zing Wellbeing challenge and I’m sharing my mental health and well-being flashback with you…
Movement, eating well, staying positive and not succumbing to depression have all been the things I have noticed the most over the last few weeks.
The craving for exercise has stayed strong and I have done what I can instead of nothing at all.
I’ve rested
I’ve moved my body
I’ve worked out
I’ve reflected
Ive meditated
I’ve stayed positive
I’ve set and kept boundaries
I’ve stayed consistent

Strength flashback, pic on the left was back in March 2025 and now today’s, oh my gosh.
Small changes, changes in mind, changes in food, changes in exercise and learning so much about myself.
I am loving the journey I am on and every Zing Wellbeing challenge I am learning so much more and excited for each and every one.

Being a Zing Wellbeing squad member for birthday month is super special to me! July 20, 2024 I started Zing Wellbeing, and I was completely broken.
I was so overweight and unhealthy.
I’d newly recovered from cancer, I’d lost my dad to cancer after that.
My skin was bad, I struggled getting my shoes on myself, I was always breathless, riddled with anxiety and honestly afraid of being seen in public.
I borderline hated myself.
After almost a year in, even with some setbacks and being diagnosed with diabetes,

🎉I’m no longer afraid to be my authentic self

Chelsea has shared her journey with Zing Wellbeing and how it helped her find the spark for life again!
2024 was the year that my world didn't know what to do.
I didn't feel good enough, I felt conflicted & I decided to just wing life & although it was working for me & it's achieved so many amazing things I was faking it till I made it at life...
I joined Zing Wellbeing sat in the background for a while & finally decided enough was enough it was time to fuel my body with wholefoods, change the bad habits I had allowed to creep in, like day drinking on a Monday because I wasn't happy.
I started to work on the pillars of health - so my job, my family, my exercise, my health and wellbeing, I started journaling again & now I can honestly say I am in a much better place.

I am healthier

I am fitter

I'm doing the exercise I enjoy

we took a family holiday and spend more time together bonding

My mindset is in a better place

My knowledge around health is improving.

I am confident

Most of all my clothes fit better..
The biggest thing I changed is my protein & what goes in my mouth as a balance so I don't ever feel the need to really binge or be in denial with myself.. it's my only focus and sleep..
