Summer's Day on a Plate
Breakfast
Breakfast- Egg slice which is pretty much the egg cups receive but with a few more veg and bacon added to it.
It’s simple to make and I get at least 4-5 servings out of it. Add it to a wrap with a small amount of sriracha sauce for spice and it’s amazing.
Snack
Morning tea- Either Greek yoghurt with berries and chia seeds OR Greek yoghurt bark.
Afternoon tea- A slice of banana bread. I’m obsessed with Zing Wellbeing’s banana bread and make a few loaves each week to get us all through. My kids also love it so I have to make enough :)
Lunch
Lunch- Usually consists of a big salad or my new favourite teriyaki chicken and slaw wrap. It’s amazing!
Dinner
Dinner- Mixed Berry smoothie with the wellness smoothie powder added… so delicious and smooth!
I don’t generally have dessert as I’m full by now. I may just have a decafe tea to wind down for the night.
I love to repeat meals to keep things simple and cost effective.
