Sarah celebrates ONE YEAR with Zing Wellbeing and 30kgs GONE!

Sarah celebrates ONE YEAR with Zing Wellbeing and is also an inspirational 30kgs lighter!

Sarah's health journey


I was in a very dark place mentally & physically.  

3 surgeries in 3 months. Nurses at my house every day for about 90 days.

I lost my job. I lost my dog. My mind was black and foggy. I couldn't think, sleep, or even put my own pants on without assistance.

I was almost at the point of admitting myself to a mental health facility. I was absolutely broken 💔 

One day, I came across a video of Rhian promoting this community for women. I thought "What have I got to lose".

I was 128.5kgs. The biggest I'd ever been. I'd quit smoking after 35 yrs and I could not allow myself to gain anymore weight. 

I was nervous, anxious and very overwhelmed. Change was scary, but Zing Wellbeing felt like home from day one.

I jumped on board with the launch. Signed up for a year's membership and haven't looked back.

The fog was lifting, my eating became healthier. The weight started falling off. The information I've learned over the last year has been amazing.

I now cope better. I don't have meltdowns. My anxiety has almost gone. I still have days, but don't we all. That's life.

The coaching sessions are amazing. I now journal. I write to-do lists. I meal prep, not all the time, but I'm getting there. I love the podcasts and took so much from the whole community. 

The support is amazing.

I practise gratitude. I use the breathing exercises and body scans to calm me if I feel like my anxiety is getting highened. 

The mindfulness was absolutely number one for me. The weight came after. 

I LOVE to cook now. I hated it before. Trying new recipes, new ingredients and learning about what foods we need for a healthy mind and gut. 


I am now 97.1 kgs.

I stopped biting my nails. My skin is better. I've healed 2 varicose leg ulcers. 1 to go.

My sleep is better. Life is better. My son jumped o nboard with me and he is like a new person as well.

Also 30kgs down. I am super proud of what we have achieved and changed in our lives these last 12 months.
I did step away from the community for a little while, these last few months.

I received some bad news about my father. He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Non operable. Non curable. 

I went into panic mode. After 4 days of absolute shock, I decided due to my own ongoing health problems, I couldn't fly to the UK. That was the hardest conversation I've ever had. 


With some help and guidance from coaches and beautiful members of this community, I didn't fall into a heap. I started going to the gym 3 times a week. Focusing my time and energy on myself and my goals.

Without these wonderful people in my life, I don't think I'd have coped.

I am ready for another new chapter with Zing Wellbeing as the 2nd year approaches. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
