
Sally has lost 16kgs in 6 months following Zing Wellbeing
Sally is so excited to share her weight loss over the last 6 months on the Zing Wellbeing program.
Sally shares, "I am a 44-year-old who has been doing fad diets for the last 20 years.
They work for a bit, then I lose interest, or the weight comes straight back on.
I worked remotely in a community, and fresh food was not often an option, so I gained a lot of weight and got to my heaviest. Also did IVF in this period, which didn't help the weight.
I had a couple of photo's done and they made me realize I had to do something and I came across Zing Wellbeing.
I fell in love straight away and starting meal planning and going realizing how easy and delicious it was, and it stuck.
The top photo was taken on Monday 30 June, and pics below taken in the first week of April.
I am doing Zing Wellbeing 90%, gym 4 times a week and on app workouts every other day.
My gut health is so good, no more bloating or feeling gassy and I am happy and now energised.
