How it’s going to work:

  • We will have a Sunday check in each week, this will be a place to lock in your goal, and to plan your action steps for the week

  • We will have an open door policy for dropping down mini challenges in the group for the accountability gals to partake in

Rae's accountability plan and goals

My actions are:

  • 4 x a week workouts
  • 2 zing wellbeing smoothies and one meal from the zing wellbeing app a day
  • Daily weigh in’s
  • Eating window of 10-6 each day
  • 72 hour fast once a month to recalibrate myself
  • Bedtime 9pm at the latest
  • Wake time 5:30am. 30 minutes of devotion, 30 minutes of exercise before starting my day.
This is what I know works for me, and isn’t far off my current routine so I know it’ll stick for me (with some grit applied)

My goal is to look great in a bikini, with the caveat of not becoming a servant to weight loss and not having access to a gym. They’ll be a balance I can strike!


I’m currently sitting at 63kgs and I don’t really know what weight will see my happy with my shape because last time I got there was under very different circumstances and a lot more time to be at the gym.

First goal however is to get under 60kgs (I’d like to see this happen before my 38th birthday at the end of August)
