Natasha shares her AMAZING results in just 8 weeks with Zing Wellbeing

I started Zing Wellbeing  in May, and since then, I've noticed a big difference. Not only have I lost just over 5kgs, but I've noticed... 

💥I'm having better sleep with more deep sleep patterns.
💥 I have more energy, which means more quality time with my children.
💥 I'm less bloated, which makes me feel better.
💥 My mental health is improving, which means fewer days' crying.

I often get told how good I'm looking now and how much weight it looks like I've lost and I always respond with..."Naww thanks, I've lost just over 5kgs doing Zing Wellbeing, which is teaching me all about holistic eatting, and giving me the tools I need for my mental health".


💥 I'm smiling more, which means more photo's WITH my children.
💥 I'm no longer picking at things I hate in my photo's and now loving my shape and looking for thing's I love.
💥 My confidence is coming back.

When I first started Zing my goal was to just start.

💥 Start to exercise
💥 Start to love myself

With the support and encouragement from the amazing Rhian and her team, the Zing Wellbeing  squad and the members of the community, that's exactly what I did, and now Zing Wellbeing is my way of life.

If you're wanting to eat amazing, nutritious meals, be motivated by like-minded people and start a healthier lifestyle, then I say ZING Wellbeing  all the way because I'm so glad I toke the plunge, because I'm worth it.

I haven't just lost some weight... I've gained confidence back, energy, better sleep, and most of all belief in myself that I can do it.

I'm so happy! Trust the process, it may take what feels like forever but it is slowly working. Slow and steady wins the race always.
