Louise has lost over 6kgs in just 5 weeks with Zing Wellbeing

Louise is doing AMAZING on the Zing Wellbeing program and is already seeing huge changes in her health and wellbeing, PLUS it has only been 5 week so far.  


Louise shares, "Week 5 and another 800 grams down. 6.6 kilos down so far.
But honestly, it’s not just about the number on the scales… it’s about everything else that comes with embracing the Zing Wellbeing lifestyle.

I am finding that when I feel down I am working through my feelings rather than eating them, but since I am exercising regularly and eating healthy, I am feeling down a lot less than I used to before Zing Wellbeing.

It's not just the diet and exercise, but tuning in here and reading about others' experiences and cheering others on, celebrating their success, really makes a difference. It helps and supports them but also helps and inspires myself too.

I joined Zing Wellbeing because I wanted to feel healthier, stronger, and more balanced, both physically and mentally.

What I love most about Zing is how it fits into real life — the community, the delicious recipes, and the way it helps you celebrate progress, not perfection.

This month my focus is on getting back into my resistance training, drinking more water, increasing my step count, journaling for mindfulness, and trying new healthy foods each week. I’m really looking forward to feeling great heading into Christmas!

It’s amazing how much can change in just a few weeks.

Only a few weeks ago I was binge eating and sinking into depression. My lightbulb moment came when I decided to take action — reaching out to my GP, joining Zing Wellbeing, and creating a plan to turn things around.


Now I’m on a journey of growth, balance, and self-love — and it feels incredible.

Since joining Zing Wellbeing, I’ve learnt so much about myself and what true wellbeing really means.

✨ What we eat truly impacts how we feel — mentally and emotionally.
✨ When I invest time in my health, I naturally start taking more pride in my appearance and confidence grows.
✨ Healthy eating, movement, and sleep don’t just change your body — they transform your mindset and self-esteem.
✨ Balance matters — every food has its place, but nurturing my body helps me find peace and control.
✨ Most importantly, I’ve learnt that I deserve to feel good. When I prioritise myself, I’m able to show up better for others.

I’m so thankful for how Zing Wellbeing has helped me build healthier habits and a stronger mindset.


Only two weeks into the Zing Challenge and I was already feeling like a whole new person!

I was already down 4.4 kilos, but the biggest change isn’t just the weight — it’s my energy, my mindset, and how much better I feel overall.

Before starting, I was tired, bloated, unfocused, and struggling to feel good in my own skin.


Since joining Zing Wellbeing, everything has shifted — I’m sleeping better, feeling calmer, thinking clearer, and my mood has lifted so much. I even noticed my concentration improving when I returned to study this week!

Physically, I’ve noticed less bloating, no constipation, no more painful chafing when I walk, and the morning foot pain I used to wake up with has completely gone. 

If this is what just a few weeks can do, I can’t wait to see what the next few bring!
