Jade shares how she ditched the scales to focus on her overall health!

Jade shares how she ditched the scales to focus on her overall health so she can be a great role model for her four beautiful daughters.

I switched to Zing Wellbeing after having my baby after being a long standing member of the Healthy Mummy. I found that Zing resonated more with my vaules and beliefs and where I wanted to be on my health journey.

I’m 2 years post op gastric sleeve, a baby in between and 70 kilos down. 

Some days I struggle to see the loss until I look back on pictures. I have completely transformed my whole life and worked so hard on my relationship with food.


I am 15 weeks post baby number 4 and I’m feeling better than I ever have. I’m heading back to the gym this week.

I feel like I have learnt a lot about really tuning into my body, and that’s the path I really want to head down.


I have spent years focusing on the numbers on the scales and for the first time in my life I just don’t really care for the scales and when I’m telling you that’s a big milestone believe me. 

I used to be a serial scale person and would get on multiple times a day. It really does mess with your mental health.

Now I weigh myself here and there, but my whole life doesn’t revolve around a number on a scale that actually doesn’t define who we are. It’s taken me a long time to get to this point.   


I love that Zing Wellbeing has helped me transform the way I think about my health and that I’m being a role model to my four beautiful daughters.

I hope thay as they grow they have a great relationship with food and love themselves for who they are. 


I love the chocolate protein powder, wow it actually tastes so amazing!!! I have a feeling I will be having smoothies a lot. With a newborn these are easy made one handed hahaha.

I can confirm my smoothie can be made one handed with a newborn in the other arm. Who needs to skip breakfast when it’s actually this easy."
