Lauren has had amazing results in just one week!

Lauren shares, I’ve been following Rhian since 2015 and had great success with my weight loss back then. But life got in the way, and I fell off track. When I found Rhian again through Zing Wellbeing, I was beyond thrilled!

I've been following Zing Wellbeing for a few months now, and I’m already feeling healthier and have begun shredding some kgs.

I’m a busy mum with two kids (9 and 7) and I work full-time as a teacher.  

"It's hard to see this change in the photos. First photo is the beginning of the week (Monday) and the second is the end of the week(today - Sunday) but I can feel and see the slightest difference in my stomach, smidge in my legs and arms. Or maybe I am seeing things...."  (we can absolutely notice some amazing changes, Lauren!) 

"I know it's not about the scales but I was so interested to see the difference.

"I have eaten 98% of Zing Wellbeing meals, exercised, had better sleep, been kinder to myself and kept up my water intake.

I have kept myself busy and motivated which was one of my goals which I have achieved so far.
I'm excited to continue prepping meals and snacks and to have another successful week!

All gym classes have been booked in for next week too.

Ginger beef stir-fry

I lost one point as it had and I quote 'green stuff' in it but I loved it! Yes, the family ate the green stuff so win win!

I didn't add mushrooms as the kids and hubby don't like them. I did add organic Soba noodles to the dish to make it a touch more filling for the family. Everything is so simple and easy to customise for the family while still keeping the components of the main dish.

Pineapple Chicken Tacos

This dinner was Restaurant quality. My local Woolworths didn't have corn wraps and we felt like burgers so I swapped the wraps for burger buns and added salad. 
We travel a lot and have had some pretty good burgers while away and this was up there with the best burgers we have had but at home. 

Honey Ginger Chicken Wings 

These are so simple and easy to make. The wings have so much flavour and the entire family ate them. No left overs that's for sure. I did add veggies for all of us and rice 

KFC healthy chicken

I made this delicious KFC Chicken meal tonight using the chicken we won in the meat raffle last night at the pub. 

My family gave it a 10/10! This was also the first Zing meal I made as a member and I look forward to prepping additional meals tomorrow for the week. 

It was a hit and I was told it would be requested again! 
I highly recommend this meal!
