Lauren has lost 15kg with Zing Wellbeing and is now full of energy and confidence
Lauren says a year ago, I was constantly tired, lethargic, and giving the bare minimum of myself. I felt drained, unmotivated, and just… flat. My priorities were not in order.
NOW over the past few weeks, I’ve had so many beautiful compliments about how well I’m looking and the energy I’m giving off.
I honestly have Zing Wellbeing to thank for that.

While the scales aren’t everything, I’m proud to say I’m now officially down 15kg — and my clothes have never felt more comfortable!

It really does come down to consistency and making choices that support you.
This shirt has not fit me in years. My pants are also very loose and looked a bit baggy. It was a proud feeling wearing these to work yesterday.

Moving my body feels empowering, and each session reminds me how far I've come. I am feeling very strong and more fit every day.
