Kristy's amazing 20kg weight loss results in 6 months
HUGE shout out to Kristy who can't believe that after just over 6 months she has finally reached her first goal of losing 20kg. Kristy is officially 20.3kg down since May 14th 2025.
Just look at that smile!! Well done to you Kristy!

Kristy shares, "This hasn't just been about weight loss but also about improving my health. I am definitely feeling healthier, but I do think I may have some food intolerances as I am still struggling with my gut health, even with supplements and dietary changes.
Buuuut it is all a work in progress. I can't believe the difference from my ID photo taken 6 months ago and now.
It has taken almost 6 months, and I think I started using the Zing Wellbeing products maybe 3 months ago (smoothie powder, protein powder, and now the gut health powder) and I absolutely LOVE them."

Some days I feel like it is happening so slowly, but then I remind myself of all of those non scale victories. I have tops and hoodies that were clinging to me that are now loose, and I have bought a size down in pants and underwear.
I can finally sit cross-legged again, and simple things like reaching across and even showering are so much easier again.
When I have "slipped" I have been able to notice and acknowledge how disgusting (physically) I feel, and been able to get back on track.

In the past I would feel so much guilt and either starve myself, or give up and binge.
If I am offered something (especially on weekends) that is "unhealthy" I only say no if I genuinely don't want it.
I no longer argue with myself, and then either feel guilty for giving in or upset that I have to miss out.
Because I don't have to miss out. I have the choice, and one "unhealthy" choice will not undo everything. I then continue my day as normal instead of going home and just giving up because of one choice.

Kristy adds, the gut health supplement has been incredible so far. I still have issues because it is something I am prone to, however there is definitely a noticeable difference. I will report back when I have been on it longer as well.
