Kaia's goal setting for 2025 and 6 week health transformation goals
"Goal setting can be hard, narrowing down on what you really what to achieve can take some time.
Grab a pen and paper, open your notes on your phone, or a put together a vision board and get down what you really want to achieve
You may pick one goal or a few, I find that making a few goals helps me keep on track on hitting them!
My goals for the 6 week health transformation are -
- Continue with my couch to 5km training, I hope that in 6 weeks I can be close to my goal of running a full 5km!
- Focus on nutrition, fueling my body in a calorie deficit so I can achieve my fitness goals!
I can’t wait to hear what your goals are and see everyone smashing them out in the 6 weeks!
