As I look back on my journey since l started with Zing Wellbeing, I'm filled with a sense of pride, accomplishment, and gratitude. From the moment I started, I knew that this path would lead me to a more vibrant, healthy, and balanced me.
My
journey began with a desire to release trauma, focus on healing, and flourish in all aspects of my life. I was determined to take small, consistent steps towards better health, and I'm thrilled with the progress I've made.
One of the most significant milestones for me, has been my weight loss journey.
Starting at 139 kilos I've worked my way down to just a bit over 122 kilos .
But this journey has never been just about the numbers; it's been about cultivating self-love, self-care, and self-awareness.
Through Zing Well-being, I've discovered the importance of:
- Listening to my body and honoring its needs
- Nourishing my mind, body, and soul with wholesome foods, positive affirmations, and self-care practices
- Embracing consistency and patience as key drivers of sustainable change
- Celebrating small wins and acknowledging progress along the way
- Finding my wheel of balance and prioritizing holistic health
- Focusing on progress, not perfection, and embracing the journey
I've also learned to appreciate the little things, like:
