I've been on an incredible journey with Zing Wellbeing, and I'm so grateful for the profound impact it's had on my life. September was a tough month for me - emotional tears, emotional eating, and daily chaos took a toll. I was trying hard to stay focused and brave, putting on a happy mask, but I knew that wasn't sustainable.
I stopped rushing, I stopped competing, I stopped worrying about the numbers on my scales… I started *truly living*! 
I asked myself, Julijana, what do you need? I needed something to be grateful for – and that was my answer… I was grateful to me for never giving up on myself. I was grateful for wanting more from life.
