When I saw this dress online last year, I fell in love with it, but the only size available was a 10! I knew full well that wouldn't fit me, but I thought why not buy it and have something to work towards
The photo on the left was December last year, there wasn't a chance in the world that was getting anywhere near zipping up, I couldn't even get the eyelet at the top to loop over to do up, that was it as far as it was going .
Fast forward to today, and she's up, I still have a little ways to go until its considered 'comfortable' but this is a huge non scale victory!
It has taken 8 months, but it happened

Over the past 6 weeks I have tried yummy Zing Wellbeing meals, I have the Zing Wellbeing Chocolate protein powder daily, and been doing meal prepping.

I enjoy the Zing Wellbeing workouts and love the meditations in the app.
 I love taking photos and measurements but occasionally still use the scale to track where I am at.

I have increased my weights from 4 kilos to 8 kilos and been doing assisted chin ups. I love the Zing Wellbeing community and following all the inspiring ladies.

It's a process to climb out of a dark hole but you can do it.
I would 100x choose to live healthy , learn from my hiccups and keep the consistency going because in the end results take time, but time goes on and results turn out.BE PATIENT, be KIND to your self its a journey. Rhian says, "The first pic was back in October - and this was the start of my own transformation journey and when I started to knuckle down and follow the Zing Wellbeing plans to a T.

The reason I took the pics and started was because I put my jeans on that I hasn't worn in around 5 months and I had excess tummy fat that I had gained from stress, working too much and the menopause. I also took a pic from behind as it wasn't just tummy fat I had gained - it was fat all around the middle area and you can see the back fat here.

 And the thing about tummy and middle area fat is that it is the worst kind for our health - it sits around the organs and is so so bad for our short term and long term health.
And over the past few months I have followed the Zing Wellbeing plans, increased protein and increased strength training and I am happy to say I have lost it all and I feel stronger, fitter, healthier and have more energy - plus menopause symptoms have reduced and I have a NEW love of exercise and strength training and I am determined to get strong enough to do a pull up this year!! 
But - it didn't happen overnight - it happened over around 14 weeks and it happened with consistency and a balanced and holistic approach that wasn't a punish and wasn't achieved through deprivation and strict calorie counting"Sally's transformationSally says, "Let's go back to December last year.
