Health Transformation Inspirations

Health Transformation Inspirations

Today we are sharing some incredible health transformations from women in our community - we hope they inspire you!

Rhian shares;

Flash Back Friday BACK FAT edition

The first pic was back in October - and this was the start of my own transformation journey and when I started to knuckle down and follow the Zing Wellbeing plans to a T. The reason I took the pics and started was because I put my jeans on that I hasn't worn in around 5 months and I had excess tummy fat that I had gained from stress, working too much and the menopause. I also took a pic from behind as it wasn't just tummy fat I had gained - it was fat all around the middle area and you can see the back fat here.

And the thing about tummy and middle area fat is that it is the worst kind for our health - it sits around the organs and is so so bad for our short term and long term health.

And over the past few months I have followed the Zing Wellbeing plans, increased protein and increased strength training and I am happy to say I have lost it all and I feel stronger, fitter, healthier and have more energy - plus menopause symptoms have reduced and I have a NEW love of exercise and strength training and I am determined to get strong enough to do a pull up this year!!

But - it didn't happen overnight - it happened over around 14 weeks and it happened with consistency and a balanced and holistic approach that wasn't a punish and wasn't achieved through deprivation and strict calorie counting

Shelley say:

I joined Zing Wellbeing for the 6 week Health Transformation in Jan 2025. I signed up for the 8 week trial and thought what have I got to lose, if it doesn’t work then nothings has changed, well it was the best decision I made and now signed up, and haven’t looked back.

Before Zing Wellbeing I was on a roller coaster of intense bloating, inflammation due to intolerances and it was always extreme around that time of the month.

For someone who has to watch and be careful about what food i consume, I can honestly now say I have found the meals that are not only delicious, so simple and so easy to prepare and make.

I’ve started taking more photos of myself as I’m still in awe of the changes, small changes but it has been consistent going in the right direction, nothing is going backwards it’s all going forwards.

If you’re sitting on the sidelines and just not sure if it’s right for you, I say sign up for the trial and give it a go.

Tan says:

Absolutely love reflecting on the journey!

I encourage everyone to take photos along their journey as it can show so much progress especially on the days when you’re not feeling it!

The first picture 8 months into my journey
Over 3 years doing consistent exercise daily! Just smashed out over 1200 days in a row!!

Biggest lessons learnt…

  • be consistent

  • have goals! celebrate them!

  • Then reset the goals and make new ones to reach new levels for YOU

Bernie says;

Sometimes it’s just about being consistent on days you don’t want to. No one always has motivation as motivation is a feeling. You need hard work, consistency and commitment.

My top tips

-Plan your workout the day before and put your workout clothes and shoes out.

-Plan and meal prep your meals.

-Make SMART goals.

-Workout your WHY and you must have an emotional connection to it.

-Use photos and measurements to track progress.

-Choose non scale victories.

Sharni says;

I am loving the work in progress on ME!

Since joining Zing, I have embraced the holistic approach to my health, especially with the idea to help reduce my peri menopause symptoms.

It’s no longer all workouts have to be bull at a gate smash yourself. I have embraced strength training and enjoying long walks. And I’m loving seeing the results.

I have followed the anti bloat, high protein meal plans, as well as finding delicious nutritious recipes to feed the whole family. And I love the protein and wellness smoothies. So yummy and healthy!

I am looking forward to the tummy health challenge starting March 3rd! Don’t sit on the fence! Start YOUR work in progress. You won’t regret a thing!
