I still have 25kg to go and 17kg till I can look at excess skin removal and I am working incredibly hard to make this happen. Brooke shares, “I no longer have fatty liver, I am now a former type 2 diabetic, I am getting strong in my muscles and what they can lift at the gym, I don't feel weak anymore and I have energy, and most importantly, I am living because Zing Wellbeing has provided me the tools.”

She says, “It’s about growth, learning, consistency, showing up when you don’t want to, learning NOT to quit, trusting the process when your mind struggles not seeing results, learning new mindsets, learning to focus on your habits. It’s NOT easy, it’s hard work, but what is harder is not feeling healthy, not having mobility, feeling trapped & no way out. It’s a process to climb out of a dark hole, but you can do it.”
For Brooke, the key to success has been showing up every day, even when things get tough. As she continues her health journey, she’s learning to be patient with herself and celebrate the small wins. She encourages others on a similar path to keep going and trust the process.

She encourages others to be patient with themselves: “I would 100x choose to live healthy, learn from my hiccups, and keep the consistency going because in the end results take time, but time goes on and results turn out. BE PATIENT, be KIND to yourself, it’s a journey. We learn every day and it’s ok to have a bad day or a few bad days—just turn up in any way you can, keep the consistency going.”
