Bernie had some amazing results on the January
6 Week Health Challenge and has decided that she will be taking part once again in the
Autumn 6 Week Health Challenge to help maintain those goals and help keep her motivated.
My stomach bloat has decreased, and I have stabilised my high iron levels.
Week 1 verse Week 6 of the Jan 6 week challenge: I feel less bloated, stronger physically and mentally.
I have also lost one dress size, and my clothes feel more comfortable.
