
Bernie has lost 7kgs but most importantly improved her mental health

My clothes are more comfortable and I feel less bloated.
But most importantly I have improved my mental health. I have more confidence and have started incorporating mindfulness and meditation into my life.
I started my weight loss journey at 82 kilos and got down to 55 kilos.
In 2023 and 2024 I put on 7 kilos and lost confidence in myself, my mental health declined, and I lost some lean muscle mass.
Since joining Zing Wellbeing I am happy that I have lost 7 kilos, but it’s so much more than that...
I have improved my physical health by building more lean muscle and improved my mental health. I have more confidence and have started incorporating mindfulness and meditation into my life.
