Angie has noticed her face is less swollen in just a few weeks!

My name is Angie Baker, I am a 28-year-old mum of 4 children aged 8, 6, 4 and 1.5 and living in Sydney.      

It has only been a few weeks on Zing Wellbeing, however I feel like my face is showing less puffiness and redness already.

I’m feeling amazing inside and out, by utilising the Zing Wellbeing meal plans each and every day. 

My focus is on my overall health and weight loss due to being at a much higher weight than my normal. 

The benefits of eating wholesome, nutritious meals are already showing and I cannot wait to reap the rewards of a healthier lifestyle with less processed foods. This is exactly what I needed to feel that ‘zing’ in my step again.

My favourite Zing Wellbeing foods are the Zing Wellness Smoothies, the banana pancakes and the amazing dinners which I really enjoy the homemade butter chicken.


Day on a Plate

Breakfast
A day on a plate for me is usually starting with a Wellness smoothie and a cappuccino, fruit or the Zing Wellbeing berry and yoghurt parfait.

Lunch
Lunch consists of usually another Wellness Smoothie, which is great as a busy mum to not miss out on lunch.


Snack
My afternoon snack I enjoy banana cake or something warm and 


Dinner
I love the chicken parmigiana, low carb crustless quiche and san choy bow. I love easy and tasty foods.

Health changes I have noticed over the last few weeks, I have no more tummy issues with my digestion.

I am eating so much better, and I am noticing it from the inside out.

My face is less swollen, I feel like I am not having as much fluid retention, and I feel amazing.
