I was following other programs and was beginning to feel lost. I knew that I'd gotten a little older, and maybe needed some new methods, but I didn't know where to go.

Still lost healthwise
Still not mentally clear.
Feeling so unsure that I was back in bad habits no matter how I professed I wasn't.
My exercise was virtually non existent and I couldn't keep a routine.
Yes I lost cms and some weight, but overall my health was still missing something.
Today, May 2025. Six weeks into Zing Wellbeing.
Although my face doesn't show in the photo;
Starting to feel more in tune with my body.
I'm noticing that I'm happy with the food I eat. I very rarely miss the blocks of cadbury chocolate - in fact, I put a block in my cart, then deleted it. Then thought, hey I could make a caramilk weetbix, and then thought Nah, just dark choc is fine.
I'm feeling so much fitter. I'm feeling the Zing!!
