How Shelley got rid of her bloated stomach after suffering from bloating for years

Hi my name is Shelley, I’m 47yo, mum of 3 (18,16 & 12),

I’m originally from country Victoria, I moved to WA when I was 23 to venture out and find who I was suppose to be, I met my husband 22yrs ago on a mine site and have settled nicely in the Perth Hills area for most of that but almost 4 years ago we moved a little out further where we are right in the bush and it was the best decision we made for both hubby and I.

It's amazing how things present themselves at the right time.

For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to better myself, my fitness, the way I ate but also enjoy the great things in life - alcohol, all foods, living life to the fullest and not really thinking about what it was doing to me.

I have dabbled in many forms ways of life with how I ate - low fat,  Atkins, paleo/keto - actually paleo really opened my eyes to a whole new world of health and well being, I lost so much weight, brain fog was gone and loved how it was working for me.

Really loved the new way of making foods that I had no idea could be done, I would take these foods into my work to which they told me I was in the wrong career path and I should be making the food.

So I up and quit the job to look at starting my own business, not even 2 weeks after I completely damaged my back and was in a bad way, after 2 days of extreme pain I was in seeing a specialist and surgery was booked 2 days later, didn't know if I was going to walk again. (Eventullay my love for gym really came into effect 12 months after the surgery)  My own business was on hold for about 2 months until I saw an opportunity for a baking business with a franchise.

So next thing you know I signed up, it was baked goods made from all natural ingredients and all grain free/gluten friendly, I met so many amazing well know people through this journey.

Then 18months into the baking business I was extremely unwell - bloating was unbearable and it was all the time, I had allergy testing done and found out I had food allergies and intolerances to everything I was eating, as much as I was sadden I was determined to take this on and get better. Which I have slowly improved but I lost my way a few times when life and my business got really busy.

3 yrs ago I walked away from my baking business, one of the hardest but also one of great decision I made, I had to focus back on my health and fitness. So I was back in the work force, I found work that was flexible around my family and I was able to focus on my food.

But something still wasn't right, I still get the bloating around that time of the month and it can be really unbearable.

Then I found Zing Wellbeing

I too was sitting on the side watching Zing Wellbeing from when it first started, I wasn’t sure and was still deciding.

When the 6-week challenge was announced at the start of January I was already thinking about I needed to make changes in my health as I felt my inflammation was not getting better.

So yes, I took the chance and joined the program and I am so glad I did, I loved all the information that was sent to me, all the different meal programs, I loved that I could explore the recipes and work out which ones I wanted to make - yep pretty much all of them.

But I have really favoured the anti-bloat, anti-inflammatory, gut friendly, High Protein and Dairy free - that have worked in well with all the food sensitivities that I have.

To have a favourite Zing recipe it would have to be the Zing Immune booster shot - hands down, I have this every morning it is my ritual. But I am loving all the recipes that I look up and I see something I haven't made yet and put it on my list to make next week or the next day. And I love the protein powder in the shot

I love how the recipes have minimal ingredients and you can make the meals in next to no time at all, I’m actually buying less and spending less at the supermarkets - WHAT???? yes, you heard correct.

So 2 weeks in and the dreaded time of the the month came round, but I had no bloating the entire time, I felt amazing and so much lighter - it really surprised me. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else - and I love the results I have had through Zing Wellbeing.

My goals for this month - hmm , Support my husband with his growing franchise business,

  • Try and do more with my kids - if I can get them out of the house,
  •  Explore new places and surroundings.
  • Trying a Zing recipe I haven't made yet and there is so many…
  •  Increase my fitness - you will see me in my second home the gym, (I am loving how my body has changed the last 2 yrs, I want to keep going, especially now with the new meals that finally are working for me) or out walking with my huge Great Dane pup.

I’m so excited to keep going.
