If you are craving a big pot of warming soup then this one is definitely worth a try! Full of vegetables and healthy broth this one is great to boost your immunity during the cool Winter months.

Turkey mince soup

Ingredients:

2 chopped onions
6 cloves garlic
2 x500g turkey mince
3 grated zucchini
4 grated carrots
Grated pumpkin
3 grated sweet potato
1 cup soup mix (you choose what you like)
1-2 ltrs chicken stock or chicken bone broth
Season with Pepper, chilli flakes, and parsley flakes
Add a fair bit of green goddess no nasties herb/spice mix.(No nasties brand)

Method:

Sautee the garlic, onion and then cook the mince before adding all the other ingredients in a pot and let it cook slowly for approximately 1hr 30mins. 

At the end of cooking a large bag of spinach.
