This VIRAL sushi recipe is super low carb and delicious!

This super low carb and low calorie recipe for the VIRAL Cucumber Sushi Roll is so delicious and it also has 14g of protein.   

Don't believe us, try it for yourself with only a few ingredients required and is so simple  to assemble.

Cucumber Sushi Rolls

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
•    2 cucumbers
•    1 avocado, sliced
•    1 tomato, diced
•    1 tbs parsley, chopped
•    150g canned tuna
•    2 tbs mayonnaise
•    1 tbs capers
•    ½ tsp Dijon mustard
•    ¼ cup red onion, diced
•    Pepper to taste
•    1 tbs Cream cheese 

Method
1.    Mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, capers, red onion, and pepper.
2.    Slice cucumbers into thin sheets using a Y-peeler.
3.    Lay cucumber slices flat and pat dry.
4.    Spread with cream cheese, add tuna mixture, avocado, and tomato, sprinkle with parsley and seasoning.
5.    Roll into sushi and slice.
