SUPER EASY 4 ingredient Peanut butter bites

These SUPER EASY 4-ingredient peanut butter bites contain 35g of protein. A perfect snack for on the run. 

Rich in healthy monounsaturated fats for heart health. High in plant protein & fibre for satiety and gut health.  

Contains vitamins E, B3, potassium, magnesium and iron for metabolism, antioxidant and bone health support.

Peanut butter bites 

Serve: 10

Ingredients: 

  • 200g unsalted peanuts
  • 200g pitted dates
  • 100g peanut butter
  • 300g dark chocolate, melted with 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • A pinch of sea salt 

Optional: Serve of choc or vanilla protein powder

Method: 

1. Line a baking tray with baking parchment. 

2. In a food processor, place peanuts and dates and blend for 1-2  minutes. 

3. Add the peanut butter, protein powder and blend to combine.

4. Transfer the mixture to the baking tray and press evenly about 1cm thick.

5. Pour the chocolate over the peanut mixture and chill in the fridge until set. 

6. Sprinkle some sea salt and slice into pieces.
