  • 1 cup butter, melted (I use Nuttelex)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon baking powder (depending on if you want a fluffier brownie or a more dense one)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, ensuring flour is sifted.
  3. Pour into lined pan.
  4. Bake between 20-30 minutes, I do 20 first and use a wooden skewer to test if finished before doing another 10 minutes.
