Healthy Brownie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups stevia or sweetener of choice
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup butter, melted (I use Nuttelex)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2-1 teaspoon baking powder (depending on if you want a fluffier brownie or a more dense one)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or dark chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix all ingredients together, ensuring flour is sifted.
- Pour into lined pan.
- Bake between 20-30 minutes, I do 20 first and use a wooden skewer to test if finished before doing another 10 minutes.
