Slow cooker honey garlic chicken noodles
Serves: 4–6
Ingredients
- 500g chicken thighs
- 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 3 tbsp sriracha
- 100ml chicken stock
- 200g soba noodles, cooked
- 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp water
- Spring onion, to serve

Method
- Add the chicken thighs, soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, sriracha and chicken stock to your slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4–5 hours or low for 7–8 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Stir the chicken and gently shred it with a spoon. Add the cornflour slurry if you'd like a thicker sauce.
- Stir through the cooked soba noodles and spring onion. Allow everything to warm through for a few minutes.
- Divide between serving bowls and enjoy.
