Banana and oat cookies

Sarah shares, “I have a sweet tooth And I thought I’d share these Banana and Oat cookies, which are my go-to lately.
They are quick and easy, which is perfect when you’re out the door early morning, and filling, with the benefits of Oats and Bananas.
But most importantly, they are delicious and the perfect warming breakfast on these cold mornings.”
Banana and oat cookies
Ingredients
- 100g banana
- 70g oats
- 1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)
- 1tsp cinnamon
- Dark chocolate chip
Method
Mash the banana then mix in your oats, cinnamon & protein powder (optional), top with chocolate chips. Bake at 160 degrees for 8 mins in air fryer and enjoy!
OVEN 180 degrees for 10-20mins watch closely.
