  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 100g fresh breadcrumbs or panko

  • 100g grated parmesan cheese
  • 80g spinach, chopped

How to make Marry Me Chicken Meatball Soup

  1. Make the meatballs
    In a large bowl, combine chicken mince, oregano, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well and form into 22–24 meatballs.
  2. Cook the meatballs
    Heat olive oil in a large pan and fry the meatballs for 5–6 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.
