Jelly Slice Overnight Weetbix

Serve 2
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Berry Lite jelly
- 2 cups of water
- 2 servings of Zing Gut health powder (order here)
- 2 Weet-bix
- ¾ cup of preferred milk or water
- 1 cup of preferred High protein yoghurt
- 1 cup of preferred fruit such as berries, kiwi fruit
Optional: Serve of Creatine and/or protein powder
Method:
1. Empty 1 jelly sachet into a bowl. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir. Add 1 cup of cold water and stir.
4. Add 2 servings of either Zing gut health powder or Zing creatine and stir.
5. Halve the jelly into two containers and place in the fridge until set.
6. Crunch 2 weet-bix into a bowl and protein powder (optional) and add your milk of choice.
7. Layer the weet-bix mixture onto each jelly serve.
8. Spread 1/2 of the yoghurt and fruit per serve.
9. Place back in the fridge until set, preferably overnight.
