I tried the viral cottage cheese flat bread - here's how I went!

So I have to admit, I am not first out of the gates on anything viral.

Infact I am probably last.

But I saw the insta people posting about a cottage cheese flat bread and it looked good and healthy - and high in protein which is always important to me

So I decided to give it a whirl to see if it was any good.

And I am happy to report that it was good!

Recipe

  • 3/4 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1 x egg
  • And optionally you can add seasoning like salt, pepper, garlic powder, herbs

 

 

Method

Throw it into a blender or food processor 

Then line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the blended mixture out and spread it thinly and then bake on a medium/high heat for approx 20 mins (I kept an eye on it as it seemed to cook and brown up pretty quickly)

Then let it cool and gently peel off the baking paper and ta da you are done

Just then use it as a wrap (I filled mine with left over bolognaise, spring onions and greek yoghurt) and it was DELISH!
